Proxi-Mate Bed and Chair Sensor

 

There are a number of different sensors available for the Proxi-Mate system. The Bed Mat Sensor is commonly used when there is a need for a discreet and effective means of alerting staff when an individual has risen from their bed. Likewise, the Chair Mat Sensor is designed to fit snugly on a chair squab.

Both of these sensors use state of the art non-contact electronic proximity sensing. Unlike pressure sensors, this means that Proxi-Mate sensors are completely reliable regardless of the weight of the individual. In addition, these sensors are so robust they come with a full 24 month replacement warranty. Many customers are still using their original sensors 5 years on and still going strong.
